In the country only copper sulphate and sulphur are used to combat downy mildew and powdery mildew.

The rows are fully grassed to create an essential balance thanks to elements of biodiversity. Grassing is also a water regulator that makes irrigation unnecessary.

What is more, with a view to finding balance for the plant, the grass is cut manually, pruning is kept to a minimum, the vines are kept low and wooden posts are used.
